There are two options if to want apply for BikeWiseTraining :-


1.   You live in County Durham and have

     Recently passed your Motorcycle Test

                         or

    Recently returned to motorcycling after not riding for some time
    (born again biker)

                        and

     Your motorcycle is 500cc or over

If you 'match' the above criteria then you can apply for a full days training for £25.     (Ratio will be two students to one instructor) 


2.   Any other person, regardless of where you live, can apply for a full days BikeWise Training....

This will be on the basis of one rider, with your own trainer & will give you the opportunity to have your 'on road' technique/skills reviewed & then area's needing improvement to be specifically coached on an individual basis.

The cost for a 1 to 1 full days training will be £150.

BikeWise Training is supported by locally based HM Plant, who sponsor Honda Racing's UK Team in British Superbikes & also Road Racing events like the TT Races & North West 200.

HM Plant are committed to supporting local community issues, already supporting the annual BikeWise open day at Police HQ, Durham & the BikeWise Mini-Bike Club, which assists young 6-16yr old upcoming motorcyclists and in particular the safety / improvement of riding standards of motorcyclists, on local roads.

Everybody who participates in the training will be eligible for entry into a draw for some prizes donated by HM Plant, which will be drawn annually on the 31st December  (Commencing 2008)
